I think Sam was referring to the Police Interceptor version. The Taurus was a concept as a police car during said generation and was finally put out as the PI Sedan in the current gen.
Did this at work with a strobe chip and 10 LEDs. Tomorrow I am mounting a pololu regulator in it so it too can be hardwired onto the layout in the same spot as in the video.
